Dr. Joshua Feriante, DO, MBA, is a board-certified psychiatrist providing care from childhood through adulthood, known for his dedication to patients and strong clinical expertise. He earned his medical degree at Lincoln Memorial University, completed psychiatry residency at the University of Massachusetts, and fellowships in child/adolescent psychiatry (UC San Diego) and forensic psychiatry (UC Davis).
He specializes in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma, with experience in psychosis, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, tics, eating disorders, and autism-related behavioral challenges. He is active in medical education, publishing research, contributing to international curricula, and presenting at conferences.
Dr. Feriante is Assistant Clinical Professor and Associate Program Director at the University of Utah Forensic Psychiatry Program, where he supervises fellows and residents in clinical and forensic services. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association (APA), the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP), the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law (AAPL), and the American Association of Directors of Psychiatric Residency Training (AADPRT). He has served on committees for AAPL (Transparency Taskforce, 2025–2026) and APA (Sustainability in Private Practice, 2020–2021).
